Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy We want you to love every Vertebo product. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@vertebo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps. Do not ship anything back until you hear from us.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return required.

Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
