Shipping policy

At Vertebo, every order is processed and shipped with care. Here's everything you need to know before and after you purchase.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Timeframe All orders are delivered within 7 to 12 business days to addresses across the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Cost Free on every order. No minimums, no exceptions.

Order Tracking A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to US addresses only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
